Groupe berceuses et chansons parents-bebes each wednesday at Institute de Puericulture from 15h30-16h30  26 boulevard brune 75014 paris[masked] - call to sign up and confirm - free
 
You can also check at 'la mairie de 8e arrondissement' for information pertaining to 'loisirs les petits enfants'.
