Come and explore the Arrows and healing potential of the Stress Point!
This month we continue our exploration of the Arrows - the lines within the Enneagram, also called the Dynamic Points. Whether our Type is on the inner triangle (connecting points 3, 6, and 9) or on the other set of lines (connecting points 1, 4, 2, 8, 5, and 7) there are two lines connecting our personality type to two other points. However, each line has a different “direction” and a different quality to it. In the “forward” direction (going with the arrow) lies our Stress Point, so-called because we either 1) go there when we are under significant stress; or 2) go there to access the intelligence and competencies of that point, yet we find it stressful to be there. A better name would be "resource point”, since “stress point” has negative connotations. This is a point where we can access some important quality that helps us take action in the world. Although it can feel very uncomfortable, there are often benefits to be found there and this Meet-Up will be exploring them.

What we're about

This group is for newcomers and experienced people alike. It will be of particular interest to:

Enneagram enthusiasts: You already know the Enneagram through workshops or coaching and want to stay engaged and deepen your knowledge and understanding. Perhaps you’d like to find new ways of working with and applying the Enneagram, in relationships, at work, in your mindfulness or tai chi practice – whatever it may be.

Enneagram professionals: You’d like to build connections, hear about current developments, exchange ideas, have opportunities to deepen your learning, share and practice your Enneagram skills… etc!

Intrigued newcomers: The Enneagram has caught your attention, you're feeling curious and want to know more? Nothing beats face to face learning and first hand experience. This is particularly true of the Enneagram - as you'll find out when you come along!
