Parkour Bootcamp and Strength Training
Let's get strong! This meetup conditions your body for the necessary strength to take your athleticism to the next level. We cover a variety of exercises. Great for any individual looking to make fitness and strength gains. Most exercises will be strictly calisthenics / bodyweight. Class starts at 6:30pm! The class limit is 15 and check in starts at 6:10pm so RVSP quick! Your first class is free admission. Subsequent visits are $15. FAQ No equipment is needed! Bring a water bottle and be prepared to work out in comfortable shoes and clothing.

We started this group to meet movement and fitness enthusiasts of ALL skill levels. Our goals as a community-oriented gym are rooted in exploring parkour, freerunning, tricking, and handbalancing. We offer unique opportunities to learn new skills, enjoy fun events, and experience fitness at a new level. Our coaches are experienced, creative, safe, and certified.
