EUXSyd 2020 - September Meetup

We wanted to share the exciting news of our speaker for September. Mel Rumble will be talking to EUXSyd on the 24th of September on "Strategic foresight: that’s so 2020."

Why anticipating our possible futures matters now more than ever, and why design processes based on “used” futures don’t serve us anymore. How integrating futures can enable designers freedom to engage with clients in new ways.

Mel is a Sydney-based futures designer and UX/digital producer. She’s a 2020 NextGen Foresight Practitioner Fellow and holds a Master of Strategic Foresight from Swinburne.

Mel is a futures designer at Action Foresight and co-curator of the latest Museum of Futures exhibition, Pandemic Pivots. Mel is also a casual academic for several futures subjects in the Faculty of Transdisciplinary Innovation at UTS.
