We all experienced the benefits of Agile/Scrum for a new product or service development. It is pretty straight forward to implement it for ONE team. To extend that same benefits, we add more teams and then roll it out to the entire organization. Yes, we have cross functional teams building features for ONE product. But we have too many dependencies among teams, these dependencies often result in chaotic meetings and most of all impede teams to be self-organizing.

Enterprise Scrum, developed by late Mike Beedle - the founder of Enterprise Scrum framework, scales Scrum/Agile based on customer segment level that results in not only reducing the dependencies among teams but delivering the most value to paying customers.

We will learn how Enterprise Scrum scales through organization's funding its value streams. Sort of "Follow the Money". Yeah, it applies to scaling agile.

This Meetup will be a lecture + exercises. We believe that we learn by doing.

So come and join us and explore with us how you can benefit from the Enterprise Scrum Scaling model.
