Lunch & Learn: Project, Process, Product - or Leaving $ on Table

When you do something once it’s a project. When you do something more than once yo begin to develop a process. If you continue to use that process, there is a chance that you may have a product of service offering that now has the capability to produce revenue.

In this session we are going to take a look at some scenarios, maybe some cases from our actual audience to see, “Are you leaving money on the table?”

Sara Hand is a founder of S-Hand Group, Spark Growth and a leader at Station 2. Her mission is to work with “cool people on cool projects that make a difference.” Sara works to grow people, businesses and communities. Her idea of fun is organizing the Spark Growth Annual thought leaders conference, traveling the world to learn and work, reading, gardening and spending time with her daughters and family.
