The former Agile Coach at Xero, Suki Xiao talks about her journey in finding her dream job, how she zig-zagged through multiple industries and career paths and learnt the skills along the way and grew in self-confidence.

You will hear what is like working for a Big 4 Accounting firm, the ins and outs of working for the NZ government, being in start-up accelerators and how she has progressed her Agile career into the Career Coach she is today.

After Suki's talk, we welcome a panel of past participants of Startup Weekend Tauranga to join the conversation and take us through their experiences of being a participant in Startup Weekend.

About this month's speaker:

Suki Xiao is the Founder of As You (www.asyou.org) with a mission to help people live more meaningfully in their personal and professional lives.

Suki is a certified coach with the International Coach Federation. She used to be an Agile Coach in Xero and other technological companies, helping teams and leaders to perform better. She has mentored multiple people in the tech industry and coached company leaders to become better coaches.
