This group is for anyone who has ever thought about owning their own business but not sure where to start. Are you are tired of working for someone else, but you don't have the "Big Idea" to start your own company? Have you had the same job or been in the same department and not sure how your corporate skills will transfer as a business owner? Are you a stay at home mom/dad and looking for something flexible? In this group we will discuss the following topics: - Reasons for getting into business for yourself - Is business ownership right for you - The different business ownership options from starting your own business to buying an existing business - Setting your short term, long term and exit strategies - Creating your Business Model (not business plan but the first step in exploring business ownership) - Exploring your Transferable Skills - Where to start the search for a business that might be a good fit for you.
