This is the Meetup page of Esperanto Nova Scotia, open to anyone interested in the Esperanto movement or in learning Esperanto. We welcome people of all levels of Esperanto proficiency, especially beginners.

Paralela Universo Halifax
Halifax Public Gardens, Summer St, Halifax, NS, CA[EN] Paralela Universo is a one-day Esperanto festival, held in different parts of the world, on the third Sunday in August. Festivities typically include a group activity and lunch or dinner.
We will go on an excursion in the city, including the lively waterfront. We meet at the gates to the Public Gardens at 1pm. You can't miss us: we'll have a big green Esperanto flag. Follow the flag!
[EO] Paralela Universo estas unu-taga festo de Esperanto, okazonta en diversaj lokoj samtempe, la tria dimanĉo aŭguste. La eventoj inkluzivos grupan agadon kaj tagmanĝon aŭ vespermanĝon.
Ni ekskursos kune en la urbo, kaj la vigla akvo-rando. Ni renkontiĝos ĉe la pordegoj de la Publikaj Ĝardenoj je la 13-a horo. Ni portos grandan EO-flagon. Sekvu la flagon!
