We will create a wonderfully hydrating sugar scrub for the whole body. Not only are Ginger and Lime doTERRA essential oils amazing for the skin, but brown sugar also has antiaging properties. $15 for one $25 for 2, all ingredients will be supplied.

Join the Rooted Sisterhood Circle at Treehouse Cafe and experience a 2 stage breathwork session. This abbreviated session is an introduction to the powerful breathwork practice offered by Heather Bergen with In The Meantime Unlimited.
Bring a yoga mat to lay on and a blanket if you would like. (Some will be provided).
