During this meetup Aleksander Kampa will deliver a talk about: Lessons from working on a mass-market blockchain application, Sikoba IOU platform:
1) Introduction to Sikoba, a decentralised IOU platform (www.sikoba.com)
2) s-nodes: a secure and efficient blockchain architecture for mass-market applications
3) Optimisation consensus protocol: leveraging distributed processing power in the context of a blockchain-based decentralised application that has a potentially hard-to-solve optimisation problem
Aleksander Kampa is a researcher in monetary theory and the founder of Sikoba, which is building a decentralised peer-to-peer IOU platform using blockchain technology. He is also active in smart contract development and consensus protocol research, and serves as a part-time Senior Technical Expert at the European Commission's Blockchain Competence Centre."
