According to most observers, Initial Coin Offerings are pretty much a thing of the past. But what about "Security Token Offerings"? Are STOs the new driver for blockchain-related ventures in 2019?

We analyzed all the players and are presenting the findings at this first Ethereum Meetup in 2019.

About the Speakers and Panelists:

Christian Kameir, Managing Partner, Sustany Capital

Christian has been a tech entrepreneur since the dial-up days and his current focus is tokenization strategies, smart-contracts and virtual asset investing. He holds a law degree from the University of Muenster. Christian is an official member of Forbes Finance Council and seasoned public speaker on topics ranging from high-tech investing to blockchain technologies.

Justin Newton, CEO, Netki

Justin Newton is an early Internet pioneer and technology startup veteran. His last four companies: AboveNet, NetZero/United Online, Demand Media and Blackline Systems have all exited with $1 Billion + IPOs. He was responsible for architecting each company’s platform for global scale and preparing their data systems for Sarbox compliance. He founded The Internet Service Provider’s Consortium (the first trade association for ISPs) and was their Public Policy Director.

Justin is currently the founder and CEO of Netki (https://www.netki.com). Netki’s products allow companies to make blockchain applications easy to use and able to meet regulatory/compliance requirements. Justin currently serves on the Industry/Law Enforcement Portal Working Group of the Blockchain Alliance and the State Legislative Working Group of the Chamber of Digital Commerce. He is also on the Board of Directors of Adra Match Software.

Charles Kaufman, Shareholder, Lexcuity PC

Securities and corporation finance attorney Charles Kaufman guides growing companies and entrepreneurs raising capital through STOs, crowdfunding and other traditional and alternative methods.
