Online Coffee and Crypto
Details
We'd love to have you join us for an informal online morning chat. You bring your own food and drink, we'll provide the talk! Below are a few topics that could come up, though of course you can talk about whatever you want.
- How do you think Eth2 staking [1] is going? Are you staking?
- How do you think Ethereum is doing technically? Are there specific technologies that you think need to be adopted?
- What technical topics would you like to see covered in online events held by the meetup?
- Video from Tim Roughgarden's presentation on EIP 1559 to the group a couple of weeks ago is now available on YouTube [2]. Thanks to Jeff Flowers for editing the video.
- Stanford Prof David Tse is offering "Internet-Scale Consensus in the Blockchain Era" [3] online starting Jan 11. Send an email to jneu at stanford.edu to ask if you can audit the class as a non-student.
- What are your 2021 wishes? Jutta Steiner wants more non-technical people in the blockchain space [4].
The event will be online [5]. We wish you a wonderful 2021, and hope that you're able to join us on the 9th.
