What we’re about
This group is for anyone in the Eugene/Springfield area who loves photography, from novice to pro, and who enjoys meeting with other photography enthusiasts in an environment where we can make photos, socialize, learn from each other, and inspire one another.
Most of our regular attendees are shooting with a camera such as a DSLR or mirrorless, and some (but not all) of our activities will benefit from a camera that is configurable in order to get the most out of the experience. Having a camera with a bunch of professional features is not a requirement for participation, however, and smartphones can do some impressive things these days. An enthusiasm for photography is really the most important thing that we all share.
While there are opportunities to learn from others in this group, it is important to understand that this is *not* a photography class or workshop. We're simply a group of folks getting together to do activities.
