Would you like to practice a spiritual tool to help you navigate your daily life?

You are invited to experience chanting HU, a love song to God, for 15-20 minutes. You can sing along aloud, sing inwardly, or simply listen. This will be followed by a short contemplative time, and then a spiritual conversation with others of like heart. This event is in a comfortable and relaxed online environment.
