Come learn a historical martial art with SSG Honolulu and bring out your inner knight. All are welcome. We will be covering Italian Longsword based on the manuscripts of Fiore Dei Liberi. No gear or prior knowledge needed for beginners. We’re happy to teach and share with everyone. We recommend that you wear sporting attire to practice in and bring a bottle of water with you. We’ll temporarily hold our practices in conjunction with the SCA.
Here is our usual training block:
4pm: basic fundamentals, practice of Fiore’s plays, training blocks
5pm: entry drills, academic studies, breadth weapons & abrazare
6pm: sparring
