Calling all #eventprofs! If you are involved in events, growing communities offline or online and of any shape or size, please come along and listen to talks by industry experts, network, make new connections and get inspirational advice.

The second Thursday of every month, we will have two talks by well-known event professionals & communiy builders covering a range of topics including event planning, tools/apps, sponsorship, ticketing, marketing, venues, building communities and lots more. There will also be plenty of time for networking over drinks and nibbles to ensure everyone comes away with lots of new ideas to inspire better events.

Pádraic Gilligan is a 25 year veteran of the #events industry in Ireland. With his partner Patrick Delaney he grew Ovation into a €20m agency with a team of 60 before selling the company to Swiss based MCI. As part of MCI Gilligan established the Ovation brand at 100 global destinations before going back to Start-Up mode in 2014 with SoolNua Marketing. Today SoolNua is run by Gilligan, Delaney and Aoife McCrum and offers strategy, marketing and training for destinations, venues and agencies in the Business Events / MICE sector.
