Inaugural Eventprofs Dublin Meetup - with Alex Vail and Maria Keenan !

Welcome to the first Eventprofs Dublin Meetup!

We are delighted to welcome two fantastic speakers speakers this month - Alex Vail, UK Finance Event Director and Events Author and Maria Keenan, Marketing Manager at Tito.

Please come along to gain new insights and ideas for your own events, make new connections and meet other event professionals.

The meetup will be held at Bank of Ireland's Montrose Branch which offers a wonderful event space with modern facilities and AV (a huge thank you to Ciara at BOI for sponsoring the venue). There will be some drinks and nibbles provided (sponsored by voxgig) at the meetup with the option of going along to a local pub for more drinks and networking afterwards.

After ten years in senior events roles, during which time he has hired several first time event managers who are now running teams and companies elsewhere, Alex will share his reflections on the attributes and behaviours that mark out candidates who are headed for the top and will offer key insights into how to:

• demolish career obstacles;
• demand excellence of those around you; and
• be the most successful #eventprof you can be!

About Alex: An events director and author with a proven track record in creating exciting, high-quality and financially successful events and brand activations all over the world, Alex started working full time as an in-house events manager in 2005 and has since produced over 800 conferences & events across the technology, education, finance, innovation, publishing, marketing, luxury retail, HR, health, aviation, corporate governance and legal sectors. Maria Keenan - Why integrity is your best sales tool
