Sips & Salsa

Hi everyone. Words has probably gottena round by now that I often host salsa dance parties for various groups on the meetup circuit (helps that I've been dancing socially for 4-5 yrs mainly Latins styles..lol!). I've always gotten positive feedback, so it is time again to host one for us. So here is the deal:

You come at around 8:30 p.m. for the complimentary salsa lesson. It will be taught by my friend Todd. He makes his lessons relaxed, fun, humorous & friendly. Ladies..you will learn the basic step, a right hand turn and cross body lead. Guys..you will learn the basic step and how to lead them through a right hand turn and cross body lead.

Afterwards, the party swings into full gear with DJ playing bachata, salsa, meringue and cha-cha tunes for rest of evening. Rooftop deck will be open and accessible with a drink purchase of cocktail, beer, wine, soda or bottle of H20. You will also receive a complimentary pass to try out one of the various salsa dance classes offered by Master Jay's Dance Studio, where Todd teaches during the week in the evenings. Stusdio is located at 1817 Chestunut St. Please indicate in the comments section if you are interested in free passes so I can let Todd know ahead of time. This way we will have enough for everyone who is interested in it.
