RSVP'ing, general info and some guidelines

Location visible to members

You will see events planned in all three South Florida counties. We will rotate them regularly. All members are required to have a real profile picture. No animals, landscapes, robots etc...

Our events are group oriented and and the magic number to make an event happen is roughly ten people. Sometimes more. It just depends on the type of event. We encourage our members to really participate. Not every day, every week or month. But, at least one to two times in a 12 month calendar. For those who do not, you will be removed and considered "just visiting".

Our number 1 guideline. Please RSVP responsibly. When you RSVP yes, both the others who have said yes and I, assume you are going to attend. If your plans change PLEASE change your RSVP!!! Or, feel free to e-mail me

Our events will always come with a confirmation and meeting instructions e-mail. You will always be instructed where to meet and who to look for. All members attending are required to respond in addition to RSVP'ing. Please check your spam filter as many of them end up there leaving members to say they never got instructions. Please do not just show up. One: We won't know you are coming and Two: We won't be able to tell you about updates or last minute changes. When I send a meeting instruction, I always include a contact number. So please, when I ask for yours, its so we can contact you in the case of last minute changes. I want you to be able to find us, participate and have a great time. I can't tell you how many times I have gotten angry e-mails after an event because a member could not find us. It's always because they did not RSVP or get the meeting instructions e-mail. Also, some times events cancel at last minute for a number of reasons. Mainly weather or because of very low registration.

Two things will always happen. an e-mail will be sent and the calendar will always be updated here. be sure to check the calendar often

Free events and the no show policy.

I really do not want to charge a deposit fee for FREE events. Even though, the idea has come from members. So, if you are a no show, you will see a 1 after your profile. happens a again and a 2 and a $5 deposit request to confirm your spot. A third time, well, I guess you can figure that one out. If a $5 deposit fee is requested, once your attendance has been confirmed you will see an instant refund.

Please do not post personal contact, promo info or links to web sites. Doing so will get you removed.
