The Art of Intimacy with Anita Chari
Tuesday November 29, 7 PM. $25 Suggested Donation.
Deepen your capacity for intimate relationship with self and with others, learn to listen to your body more deeply than ever before, and engage with the bio-intelligence of your system in this unique class. We will explore movement sequences and perceptual exercises from Continuum movement, a sound and healing practice that helps to amplify the fluid intelligence of your body and to build creativity, fluidity, and nourishment in your tissues and nervous system. We will also work with perceptual exercises, partner work, and sensate meditations from the practice of Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy, which can help to magnify your relationship to health, to metabolize long-held patterns in your body and psyche, and to relax your nervous system.
Anita Chari is a somatic educator based in Eugene, OR.
