Okay people so the worst kept secret in human history is now out..

SPACEFEST 8 IS GO FOR LAUNCH

We're working now on the "encore" event of the century. Working out HOW we match this years' which we were all originally told would be the last one ever...will be tough, but in the words of Gene Kranz... "Tough and Competent"... Failure really isn't an option ...and well gee shucks, like the Eagles reforming after Don Henley said that "Hell would need to freeze over"... the ENORMOUS success of Spacefest 7 (and we are talking Woodstock level of awesome), we just simply had to do it..

We had meetings and it's a go.. June 2017

So... I'm back on organising the panels and speakers for next year. Astronauts will be in the hands on my amazing colleagues in the USA (Sally, Al etc), but I am already lining up some amazing plans.

Event organising is tough, very very tough, and a huge amount of work goes in to it. Some guests work out, some don't... but Spacefest itself has always worked out... and June 2017, will be no exception.

If I can get who I want for panels and as speakers ... your minds will be blown. We did it last year, we'll try our very best to do it again this year..

So Emily Carney and Francis French plus many others, ya ready for the ride of a lifetime...? As you two are key components in the plan...

Tucson Arizona - Second week in June 2017 at the Marriott Starr Pass resort. Rooms are usually only about $99-$119 p/n (special rate we get for Spacefest)

And this...
Tickets last year started at about $20-$30 for entry. For that you get to meet everyone, walk around, enjoy the event, get in to 2 of the three talk tracks for the whole day... Rooms we had an offer with the hotel at $99 a night.. Starbucks in the morning was jam packed with astronauts... no joke... ask anyone who was there!
