This Meetup is for managers & aspiring leaders who want to build leadership skills in a community of other young managers. Our goal is to support leaders in the art of developing high-functioning teams who find their work fulfilling, meaningful and creative.

Your Host

Tony Thayer is a consultant, transformational coach and workshop leader who is passionate about professional and personal growth. He is smart, compassionate, experienced and fun.

Tony is a former business executive who has helped 100s of executives balance their priorities to make (and commit to) major decisions in business and logistics. He was a VP of Sales and Marketing who turned around a failing internet pioneer B2B company and started a new division for an established Bay Area company.

Tony's current focus is as a consultant, transformational coach and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner. He specializes in guiding clients through transformative business growth and raising the energy created between the members of a team. Tony also holds certifications in Mediation, Non-Violent Communication, Language and Behavior (LAB) & Hypnosis.
