• Lands End Holiday Hike
We did this last year, and this is quickly becoming a new holiday tradition for our group. The views along this trail are absolutely breathtaking, and they always remind me of how much I love SF! This is a well traveled trail, and is easy to moderate in difficulty and is about 3.5 miles round trip. Dogs need to remain on leash on the trails. NEW: Please consider making a donation to QBSDR by participating in this hike. We've created a fundraiser on Facebook for the meetup at https://www.facebook.com/donate/1978994372147232/1978994402147229/ IMPORTANT NOTE: By RSVP'ing "Yes" for this event, you are agreeing to the following: 1. Maintain oversight of your dogs and their welfare for the duration of the event. 2. Keep your dogs on-leash for the duration of the hike. 3. Release the organizers of this event of any liabilities for damages or injuries incurred by you or your dogs at the event.

  • Fort Funston Meetup
In our recent poll amongst members, Fort Funston was the resounding favorite! So where else would we choose to host our first Meetup of 2019?! This meetup will mark our group's two year anniversary...our Meetups have grown a lot since our first Meetup at Mission Bay Dog Park...we hope you can join us, and we look forward to seeing you in 2019! IMPORTANT NOTE: By RSVP'ing "Yes" for this event, you are agreeing to the following: 1. Maintain oversight of your dogs and their welfare for the duration of the event. 2. Keep your dogs on-leash until you reach the beach area. There are open cliffs at the top of the stairs which can be dangerous for humans and dogs alike. 3. When you park at Fort Funston, head to the stairs that will take you down to the beach, then look for our flag on the beach. 4. Release the organizers of this event of any liabilities for damages or injuries incurred by you or your dogs at the event. 5. If you're no longer able to make the event, please update your RSVP to make room for other members that would like to attend. If you need to reach me the day of the event, please call or text Derek at (954)[masked]
