MITRE’s ATT&CK framework is a “a globally-accessible knowledge base of adversary tactics and techniques based on real-world observations”. It’s being increasingly adopted by security teams in the U.S. and beyond for threat intelligence, adversary emulation, and measuring detection capabilities.
