UPDATE (26 July) : List of talks now available!

Exeter R Users Group - July Meeting (+ Post-meeting drinks!)

We are delighted to announce that the next meeting of the Exeter R Users Group will take place on the evening of Monday 31 July 2017, in Conference Room 1 of the Xfi Building (Streatham Campus, University of Exeter).

The event will start at 5:15pm, but please feel free to arrive from around 5pm - refreshments (coffee and doughnuts) will be available!

We have a fascinating lineup of talks for you on Monday, each presenting a different perspective on the world of R:

• "Using R to find Jack the Ripper" - Hannah Mercer (Select Statistics)

• "A Shining Example of R Shiny!" - Laura Dawkins (Exeter University)

• "Programming in dplyr with tidyeval" - Adnan Fiaz (Mango Solutions)

• "Exploring emulation in R" - Victoria Volodina (Exeter University)

• "Beyond visualisation: Hearing and feeling data with R" - Stefan Siegert (Exeter University)

Finally, after the talks, at approximately 6:20pm, we'll be relocating to the Ram Bar for a catch-up drink or two, and hope you will be able to join us there. We look forward to seeing lots of you on 31 July!

Cheers for now,

Tim
