If you haven’t experienced the Five Tibetan Rites, it’s about time! Said to be over 2,500 years old and the key to youthful rejuvenation, these 5 exercises will change you physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Come learn the practice and discover the Fountain of Youth within. The practice will be followed by a breath meditation. Wear comfortable clothes and bring your mat. Ian Hobbs has been practicing yoga for over 25 years. Ian first began learning Hatha yoga at 11 years old in Sedona, Arizona, following in the footsteps of his mother. In addition to his experience, Ian has had the honor of being a student of locally renowned yoga teachers such as Sumit Banerjee, Bryan Kest, Julie Blew, John Salisbury, Jenn Chiarelli, and Scott Page. Ian specializes in Power Vinyasa; a hybrid blend of Bryan Kest’s Power Yoga and Sri Krishnamacharya’s Ashtanga yoga. Power Vinyasa is thus a combination of intense and athletic yoga poses designed to flow together over a series of breadths.
