This Workshop will be held in small groups there will be 6 spaces available.

Participants will be guided through the sacred journey of building their own native hand drum!

Cost $79 each - 12 inch hand drum.

WHAT IS SWEAT LODGE? Sweat Lodge is symbolic of rebirth. Various cultures have used it for millennia as a ceremony for cleansing, purification and prayer.

☯️We integrate traditional concepts with a ~universal~ approach. In traditional cultures, it’s customary to fast and pray before sweat. Do what feels right for you.

Come prepared:
• Reusable water bottle
• Towel
• Lightweight clothing (natural/cotton,etc).
If you are claustrophobic or are on blood pressure medications, please let the facilitator know.
