1to1 Personal Training and ( Max Group number is Four )
I have recently designed a month program which will include strength training body weight sessions a walk to run program and Some mobility drills. There will be also be food workshops to attend which will focus on nutrition. The Plan is to meet four times a week which includes weekend. Health Foods welcoming packs included. Equipment will be transported to and from locations. Also Location May vary but will try and keep it pretty central. Marlon. Expand Network enables yoga teachers, holistic practitioners, sound healers, nature, arts and crafts, and food conscious community based organizations, fitness and yoga practitioners and initiatives to connect with each other.

Expand Network is non-competitive but gain its strength from the local knowledge adunicity of the skills of each on of its member, who work in synchronicity.
