    Track session with Pro Coach Valentino Session adapted to attendees, so open to all levels. Warm-up and PPG (physical preparation) then interval training around the track.   • Team Swim Training - Morning

    Piscine Auriol (Ex Piscine Beaujon)

    Our regular session at Piscine Auriol with Laurent. They will open the doors at 7am precisely so please be there on time otherwise you won't know which changing rooms to go to etc...... We have the whole pool available to us, so attendance limit is simply to ensure every gets a good quality swim. If there is a waitlist please make sure you turn up. Remember to bring a pull buoy, elastic, plaquettes and a bottle of water, and for beginners, palmes, masque et tuba (snorkel & flippers) may be beneficial. To ensure harmony in the lane, please remember that this is a group swim and you need to work with the others around you so that everyone enjoys it. This means keeping up with the rhythm of the others, letting faster people go in-front of you, and respecting the session plan. All lanes are reserved only for us.

  • Team Run / PPG Session

    Piscine Henri de Montherlant

    Before the swim session Aytug & Sylvain will provide a Run / PPG session. You are welcome to join us even if you don't manage to make the swim session. You be able to leave kit in the communal changing rooms at the pool, ask at the entrance if you are late - don't use the pool lockers) The session itself is one of vital importance if you wish to improve your running technique. After a brief warm-up Aytug & Sylvain will put you through several sets techniques aimed at improving your ability on your feet (or foot !) hopping, jumping, sprinting - there are many options so it will be different each week. Session will end in time to get stretched, changed and jump into the pool, if you are running late just try looking for us in the Bois de Boulogne behind the pool.

If there is a waitlist please make sure you turn up, arrive on-time and be ready to warm up before 9pm at the side of the pool. Remember to bring a pull buoy, elastic, plaquettes and a bottle of water. Small fins and snorkel (Palmes, masque et tube) are also useful for beginners. To ensure harmony in the lane, please remember that this is a group swim and you need to work with the others around you so that everyone enjoys it.     The return of the "Start the weekend early" swim, put it in your calendar as a work meeting and don't let 'work' be your excuse for not training. Training with Coach Frederic Bousquet Focus for beginners but we will have space for all levels. Please note - session is free of charge for team members ONLY. If there is a waitlist please make sure you turn up, arrive 15mins in advance and be ready to warm up before 5pm at the side of the pool.     Our weekly swim session in the outside pool is back ! Please note - session is free of charge for team members ONLY - right now a real pleasure to jump into the warm water ! If there is a waitlist please make sure you turn up, arrive 15mins in advance and be ready to warm up before 6pm at the side of the pool. Remember to bring a pull buoy, elastic, plaquettes and a bottle of water. Small fins and snorkel (palmes, masque et tuba) are also useful for beginners.   • After swim Run

    Piscine Butte aux Cailles

    If you want to feel like you merit your Apero, then you will need to do a bit more than just swim. Run session after swimming, but feel free to join us just for the run, you can put clothes etc.. in the swimming pool lockers no problem (remember 1€ coin) From the pool you will warm-up run to either Parc Montsouris or the Track at Stade Charlety, for some qualty sets.

  • Team Run & Cycle Training (Brick)

    L'Hippodrome de Longchamp

    Our regular cycle and run session with Coach Sylvain Dodet, perfectly adapted for beginner Cyclists / Triathletes. Come on your bike, don't forget to bring your running shoes / other gear, Sylvain will be there to look after your kit while you cycle / run. Open for all levels, but especially useful for beginners in both cycling and running, as we stay in the same area (so you can't get lost) and it will allow you to judge your level vs other more experienced members, and provide you with a practise forum to get to know your bike / body. Also useful for all other members as well as it is a good solid training session, which yields results. Training will differ slightly each week, however basic methodology consists of doing several laps of the Longchamps track on the bike working on cadence / musculation / speed / peloton etc..... Then hopping off the bike and doing the same around a predefined running loop (your bikes will be watched). Then after a short breather its back on the bikes again for more of the same. You are free to drop out at any time, session will last for about 2 hours. Team members only, but potential new members are welcome to come down and join in.

  • Long Team Cycle and Run (Brick)

    Top of the Hill - Longchamps Cycle Track

    Meet at usual place at Longchamps, but this time cycling in a well controlled group down to the airbase - make sure you are comfortable riding in a group. Sylvain will take you down to the Airbase where there is no traffic and an 8km loop. From there some quality cycling effort around the loop, before jumping off the bike and having a run around the forest and lake which is there.

  • Trail des Marcassins

    Stade de la Solitude

    Trail des Marcassins Two distances: 17 km (250 D+) and 27 km. Starting at 9.15 for the 27km and 9.45 for the 17km at Stade Léon Graffin - rue de la forêt à Saint Brice sous Forêt (95350). Fees: 21€ for the 17km and 28€ for the 27km.
