• Swim Session

    Open to all members registered for the[masked] season.

    Bertrand will be there to coach you, there is no level restriction, what is important is that everyone gets to have a swim in safety and enjoy it !

    The pool (and team) cannot provide any material, so you should remember to bring your own material (Swim Cap / Goggles / Pull Buoy / Elastic / Paddles / Tuba / Hairdryer / Makeup / Vanity Mirror.....

    Note a Pass Sanitaire will be required for access.
    Piscine has confirmed 3 lanes reserved for us.

    To optimise swim times, try to arrive at 6h55, entry to the building is at 7am. We must have left the building (fully clothed !) by 8h30, remember the coach must always be present if you are in the water.

  • Bike and Run (Brick) Session

    Top of the Hill - Longchamps Cycle Track

    The session will include bike-handling exercises and Longchamp laps.
    Meeting point is on top of the hill, same as brick session.

    Please bring you bike and running shoes.

    Helmets should be worn at all times. We also advise you to ensure you are dressed correctly for the weather conditions, bring adequate snacks and water and of course tyre changing equipment, and a phone for emergencies.

  • Marathon de Paris on a Joelette (with Alexandre) !

    Alexandre can't run on his own (because of a disability) so we use an adapted wheelchair that allow us to become his "moving feet".

    Benevole runners and supporters are needed to help us complete our new goal: run the marathon of Paris!

    Either it is for running the full distance, taking a relay for some kilometers (or meters!) or just cheering we need every possible help.

    If you are in, please let us know in the comments what distance you could do or how you would like to help.

  • Sunday Long Ride (Chevreuse)

    La Grande Cascade

    Join Aytug for a ride this sunday.

    Respect the distance between you and 'gestes barriers'
    The session will include group riding exercises

    Meeting point is the same as on other Sunday's (Grande Cascade car park)

    Riders should be aware of the current conditions and maintain 2 metres rolling distance between each other, Helmets should be worn at all times. We also advise you to ensure you are dressed correctly (bike shoes ! ) for the weather conditions, bring adequate snacks and water and of course tyre changing equipment, and a phone for emergencies.

  • Swim Performance/Threshold Test (50m & 400m)

    It's time to evaluate yourself !
    Coach Bertrand will measure your speed on a 50m and 400m to help you define your specific training zones and measure your progress along the season.
    One lane will be dedicated for the test. Open to all levels!
    Book your slot !

    Fitness Assessment with Kathryn .

    Join us for a fitness assessment including endurance, speed, strength, mobility and coordination. Open to all levels.

    Bring a water bottle and a towel and see you trackside to start the session at 7.30pm.

    Pass Sanitaire is required.
