REMOTE CONTROL: THE ART OF DOING EVERYTHING FROM THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE

Ever wanted to be able to work fully remote but never had the time to understand what needs to happen for that to work seamlessly?
In this talk we are going to share our experience of working in an agile environment with remote teams for the past 3 years (different projects in several countries), explaining the steps that need to be done in order to have a fully functional team, pitfalls to avoid and tips and tricks in order for you to be able to try it in your team.
