This is a group for people who'd like to explore the whole city of Toronto on foot! Walking is a great form of exercise and the best part is that in a huge city like Toronto, the scenery is constantly changing. There is so much to see that you will hardly even notice that you are giving your body a great workout.
The pace will be kept to approx 5km/hr and we will be covering significant distances so you can use this group as your motivation to re-invigorate those goals of getting in shape and living a more healthy lifestyle. Or you can join in to make connections and meet a great bunch of new friends regularly.
We will walk no matter what the weather is ,cold, hot, rain, snow or sunshine!!
The walking pace is reasonably brisk at 5km/hr and may become difficult for some people to maintain for a full two hour walk.
