One hour breath sessions to music with facilitation

This workshop is for those who are wanting (and are ready for) a deeper healing experience using the breath. This workshop is limited to 6 participants.

The workshop will consist of:

-- An opening meditation

-- A check-in

-- One or more exercises to help each participant create an intention for their breath session

-- 3 of the participants then do one-hour breath sessions to music. The other 3 people act as "sitters" - each sitter holding space for a person breathing. (The sitters role is limited to responding to simple requests for, say, a tissue or a blanket.)

--The sitters and breathers then switch roles for another one-hour breath session to music.

--At the end of each breath session (while still in an altered state) each participant will create an affirmation that they can work with after the workshop.

-- The workshop concludes with each participants having the opportunity share their experience with the group.
