This workshop is for those who are wanting a deeper healing experience using the breath.
The workshop will consist of:
-- An opening meditation
-- A check-in
-- One or more exercises to help each participant create an intention for their breath session
-- A group breathe to music
--At the end of each breath session, each participant will create an affirmation that they can work with after the workshop.
-- The workshop concludes with each participants having the opportunity share their experience with the group.

Members are also interested in
