Free Seminar: Introduction to Explosive Mode

This is the best starting point for MeetUp members that have yet to participate in an Explosive Mode training session.

Welcome to our free Explosive Mode Introduction seminar.

This is a unique opportunity to find out more about Explosive Mode and what type of training sessions to expect. We will go through the science behind it, demo some exercises and get to know each other a bit better.

I know that you are all excited about the indoor training sessions that start on the 6th of February. The indoor training sessions will also be held in Hamm, in a building near by (Reebok Crossfit Valens). Please note that the seminar is held on the other side of the parking lot, opposite of Autotax (and not in the same building as the Reebok facility).
