This group is a Meetup for wholesalers in the DMV. Express Homebuyers has been in business since 2003 and has bought over 2,000 houses. In that time, we have spent well over $10M in marketing Express Homebuyers into one of the premiere national brands in the home buying space. I will personally be leading the meetup group!
The purpose of the group is to teach wholesalers and aspiring wholesalers how to find and secure deals in the DMV. There's no cost to attend; the meetup is free! This is not your typical REIA. We don't have different speakers each week pitching you the latest and greatest snake oil they have for sale. You will not learn about how to fund or rehab deals (we will teach you how to estimate repair costs though). This is strictly for investors who want to get better at wholesaling residential real estate. What you will get are tactics that we successfully use each day, in DC, MD and VA, to find and purchase homes.
