Leave your worries outside the classroom and let yourself go. This is a space and time for you to be your self. Expressive Dance will help you let go of the tension & stress in your life. We will use a combination of techniques (Based on the Open River Methodology) including breathing exercises, yoga, guided and self expression dance and relaxation techniques. All of which are believed to help increase your well-being and vitality.
Everybody is welcome to this class. No experience is necessary. The only thing you will need is a blanket for the relaxation and comfortable clothes.
