Theme: Incremental Design and Exemplary Code

Our theme for this meetup is Incremental Design. Suggested by Benji Weber who's going to give a talk based on experiences at Unruly. Sandro Mancusco, author of Software Craftsmanship book, will also giving a talk on this theme.

We also would like to dedicate time to an idea suggested by Bernard Notarianni, Extreme Programmers Paris, #XProPa. Please bring along with you some examples of great code that we can put up on the big screen screen. We'd like to hear from you what you like about it that you'd like to see in other applications.
