What experience do you have with Agile/XP technical practices? please share something about what practices and rough duration of your experience

Five years' experience in Kanban, now working with a bunch of amazing software craftspeople and waiting to find out who I'll be helping next.

What have you personally found to be the most challenging aspect of extreme programming to put into practice?

Frankly, it's all challenging, and that's why it's so much fun.

What topics are you interested to share experience on or hear more about?

Each unhappy team is unhappy in its own way: I'm interested in how teams working with XP overcome their dysfunctions, build interactions between their individuals, and collaborate well with their customers.

What programming language(s) do you use in your current job?

Mostly C# and the .NET framework, but I'm exploring my front-end hinterland anew.

Introduction

Software Craftsman at Codurance.
