What experience do you have with Agile/XP technical practices? please share something about what practices and rough duration of your experience

I've worked on a variety of Agile/XP teams over the last 10 years - mostly as a developer and more recently as a coach.

What have you personally found to be the most challenging aspect of extreme programming to put into practice?

I think the planning game is one of the most challenging parts of XP. Its very easy to let the process take over.

What topics are you interested to share experience on or hear more about?

I would love to hear about people's experiences with system metaphor and how it has informed the design of their system and how they talk about it with their customer(s).

What programming language(s) do you use in your current job?

Ruby and JavaScript mostly.

I'm an independent programmer, trainer and coach. Always looking to improve my craft and helping others improve theirs.
