Boardgames meetup (Monday edition)

The "Monday recurring Boardgames" now have received good response. We will host this event every Monday starting July 2nd.

Looks like Kafkas is the venue of choice for the moment. The owners are very accomodating in reserving tables for us and staying open an hour later. Please be supportive and buy something while we are there!

Please post in comments to arrange for games that you will bring or games you wish someone would bring. Also please arrange for carpooling if needed.

The following are suggestions from fellow members and will be tested and implemented as this event grows.

1. RSVPs starting Monday Sept 17, 2012 will be limited to RSVPing one week prior to the event day to prevent RSVPs going stale.

2. Mike Peredo or another designated member will be asking casually for a couple of dollar donations going towards buying boardgames for this group. Please feel free to donate or not, it's not mandatory but would be nice to have your support.

3. We will email out RSVP reconfirmations and would kindly ask for confirmations 24 hrs prior to event or RSVP no 24 hrs in advance so that those in waitlist will have a chance to know and be prepare to show up once they become RSVP attending. Those on waitlist please also kindly RSVP no 24 hrs in advance if your plans have changed too.

4. There may be other boardgame events throughout the week and most likely at different venues. They will be on going test events until such time a regular event host is willing to take up that event.
