Intent is also to provide an overview of current IT/ITES jobs and aid them with communication and interview skills. Understand the members improvement areas and provide coaching and mentorship on need basis. Create a network of job seekers and source the prospective candidate profiles to known networks in MNC and Domestic companies.
An opportunity for the members to sneak peek and understand how an interviewer thinks and have better insights on the parameters on which they make decisions. Panelist can help candidates with resume screening and prepare them better with customized questionnaire. Group members can also use this platform for mock interviews before their important day.
