Hello everyone, I hope your summer has been profitable. As we wind down the summer, I am pleased to announce that we are launching the Los Angeles FIBI Chapter on Tuesday, September 16th, 2014 and it will be held at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel located at 5990 Green Valley Circle, Culver City.
Networking begins at 6:30 and the panel will commence at 7:00...or as soon as we can get everyone to stop networking!
Speaking at the inaugural meeting in Culver City are three (3) different panelists who have built sizeable real estate portfolios and have successfully “Got Out of The Rat Race” and have either transitioned away from their Full Time Corporate Jobs or they are in the process of doing so. Come and learn how these seasoned real estate professionals achieved their goals.
Andrew Lanoie with Sonoma Capital Group, has acquired millions of dollars of real estate in many US Markets and is involved in a large international resort opportunity. Sepehr “Sep” Bekam, from Essex Partners Apartment Homes, LLC has investments in two (2) states and owns a multi-family portfolio consisting of 70 units. Last but not least, you probably recognize the name Jeremy Roll, from Roll Investments, the Co-Founder of FIBI who is a seasoned investor and has invested in over $350 Million of real estate. Gena Lofton, the FIBI Chapter Leader in Los Angeles, will be the moderator. She also has successfully Got Out of the Rat Race and own’s a mutli-family portfolio of over 600 units.
