What we're about
Stroller Strides® and Stroller Barre® are stroller-based fitness classes for mamas with little ones. Each 60 minute workout includes power walking (or running), intervals of body toning and strength exercises using exercise tubing, body-weight and/or the environment. Taught by certified instructors (who are also moms), it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Our FIT4MOM instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby while giving mama the full-body workout she deserves.
