What we're about

FIT4MOM is the country's largest fitness program for moms offering pre and post-natal fitness classes for every stage of motherhood.

We currently offer Stroller Strides in the Silver Lake and Highland Park area and will be adding more classes soon! We have more locations in Glendale, Burbank & Sherman Oaks, too!

Classes are only part of the FIT4MOM experience. We also host free weekly Our Village playgroups and a monthly Mom's Night Out.

Stroller Strides

Join us for the best stroller based workout around! Bring a mat or towel for floor exercises and a sturdy stroller (any sturdy stroller will do) and get ready for a fun, bootcamp style total body workout.

Any sturdy stroller will do! Feel free to bring a carrier also for smaller children or toys and snacks for bigger kids and a yoga mat or towel for yourself. We stick to the shade, but please bring sunscreen, a hat and a water bottle. Stroller Strides® is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with kids in tow. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining the little ones with songs, activities and fun! Each Stroller Strides instructor is skilled to meet you where you are mentally & physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful & energized. No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment.
