Meet us for classes Mondays & Fridays from 9:30-10:30am. Stroller Strides is a fun workout that incorporates cardio, strength, and core exercises. It's a great workout for all fitness levels. We sing songs and play games to entertain the little(s) during class.
Bring your stroller, water, yoga mat or towel and anything you need for your little(s). We will have equipment ready for you to borrow. See you soon!
Be sure to plan to stay later on Wednesdays - we have a fun free playgroup each Wednesday after class. :)
