Christian Caballero is the Director of Public Affairs at Foley & Lardner LLP (https://www.foley.com/christian-caballero/), and Chair of the Board of Directors & President of the Telehealth Association of Florida (http://www.telehealthfl.org/christian-caballero-2). Christian has a vast level of experience gained during his time as a public servant at both the state and federal levels, and as an advocate on behalf of the healthcare and business communities. Whether advocating on behalf of emergency room practitioners or promoting the affordability and availability of healthcare services via telehealth, Christian has a proven record of achievement in pursuit of healthier and more efficient economic environments. By devising and implementing strategies on how to overcome legislative and regulatory hurdles, he provides critical services on behalf of the healthcare community before what are often daunting political and bureaucratic government entities. His focus is on promoting increased access to healthcare to citizens across the state of Florida.

Philip Fibiger

Philip Fibiger is the VP of Engineering at Voalte (http://www.voalte.com), a company that develops smartphone alternatives that simplify caregiver communication. As the only company to offer a comprehensive Mobile Communication Strategy to hospital systems, Voalte enables care teams inside and outside of some of Florida's largest hospital systems to access and exchange information securely. Phil is a software engineering manager with significant experience in the healthtech space, and has guided teams of engineers through every aspect of healthcare software design and implementation. Prior to joining Voalte, Philip worked at Canonical, Ltd., the company behind Ubuntu Linux, where he led the engineering teams building online services. Before Canonical, he managed web operations for Dimensional Fund Advisors in Los Angeles.

Bill Fair

Bill Fair is the Director of Business Development, Life Sciences for Tavistock Development Co (http://tavistockdevelopment.com/), responsible for researching and curating the innovative companies moving in to the Lake Nona area. Prior to joining Tavistock, Bill was the Co-Founder and President of Haelth, the first of its kind free standing complementary health and wellness center, which offered integrative therapies for patients suffering from a wide range of chronic diseases like cancer, diabetes and osteoporosis. A Stanford University alumnus, he also holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern.
