Coach Laura will lead a run starting in the Lower East Side, going over the Manhattan Bridge to Brooklyn, and back. There will be 4 mile and 8 mile course options and, for people running the NYC Half Marathon the following weekend, Coach Laura will offer advice about how to approach the course, part of which will be covered by our route!
Following the run, Laura will conduct a Q&A session about any and all questions you have related to running training, including how to get started if you're fairly new to running!
