This group is for anyone who is ready to move their body and start off their Sunday STRONG.
Join me, Wes, a certified personal trainer, for a weekly bodyweight bootcamp every Sunday in Golden Gate Park. I'll lead you on an energizing full body HIIT based workout that will get your blood pumping and keep you motivated for the rest of the day. Each workout should be between 45 minutes and an hour long, but feel free to come and go as you please. People at all levels are welcome!!
