From a yogic standpoint laughter is an effective technique for suspending the chattering mind and grounding us in the present moment so we may let go and relax into the unconditioned true nature of the self. Laughter Yoga is a fitness routine that provides energetic balancing for the mind, body and emotions. A playful activity which involves moments of unconditional laughter with a blend of deep breathing exercises, creative visualizations and simple stretches. It is for anyone who is ready to know themselves in their true nature.

    Laughter Yoga is a unique form of meditation which combines unconditional laughter with a blend of yogic deep breathing exercises (pranayama), creative visualization with role playing and simple postures (asanas) to awaken us to the Joy and Serenity inherent within all human beings.
